Who We Are

Performance Systematix Inc. (PSI) was founded in 1984. The founders identified many customers that had unique venting and filtering requirements that most manufacturers thought were too difficult – or unprofitable – to solve. PSI took on the challenge.

PSI can take products from concept to market very quickly. We specialize in custom solutions and are able to work with difficult media and substrates. Our highly flexible, yet automated processes allow us to adapt and change to meet our customers' needs.

At PSI, we have a personal, individualized approach. We actually listen to our customers. We’re not your typical manufacturing company. We enjoy the challenge of an unusual or unique problem.

Our Facilities

PSI is located in Grand Rapids, Michigan USA. Our manufacturing facility has 63,000 square feet and features on-site clean manufacturing capabilities. Our manufacturing equipment is custom-engineered for maximum speed and accuracy. Our processes are flexible, allowing us to provide contract assembly work with minimal tooling costs.

Quality Assurance

Quality is everyone’s responsibility at Performance Systematix. We utilize state-of-the art computerized quality control measures with 100% inspection (electronic and visual) of all components. We have optical sensing capabilities that allow us to operate with high speed and accuracy during manufacturing.
